About the Academy:
Our client are committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where every member of our school community is valued. We take an ‘above and beyond’ approach to ensure that the needs of our children and families are met, prioritising safety, wellbeing, and personal growth.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the organisation and advance into higher leadership roles.
Support the Headteacher in leading the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.

- Lead on curriculum development and implementation, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners.
- Mentor and support staff, contributing to their professional growth and well-being.
- Engage with parents, carers, and the wider community to foster strong partnerships.
- Ensure that the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs, are met through tailored support and interventions.
A proven leader with experience in senior leadership or middle leadership roles, ideally within a diverse and inclusive school setting.
- Passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and ready to go ‘above and beyond’ to meet their needs.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the long-term growth and success of the school.
- Committed to your own professional development and eager to take on new challenges.
- Be part of a school that truly values its staff, pupils, and community.
- Take on a leadership role with opportunities for growth and career advancement.
- Shape the future of education for a diverse and dynamic student body.
