Support Worker Requirements Please note applicants MUST meet the following requirements;
  • Able to work Full time
  • A full UK driving license
  • Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
  • An understanding that this role will require that you undertake Enhanced DBS checks
  • You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available.
  • Experience working and supporting 8-18 year old with EBD & challenging behaviour
Join us as a Residential Support Worker at our home in Wisbech Cambridgeshire that cares for our children Salary and shifts and more for our Support Workers
  • £14.50per hour £15 after probation £16 after 2 years service
  • plus £65 sleeps shift pattern 12 hour shifts 7 shifts in 14 days working every other weekend
  • 42 hour weeks
  • Full induction and introductory programme
  • Fully funded training and qualifications
  • Enhanced pay scales that recognise both qualifications and experience
  • Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check paid for by us
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
  • Double time for bank holiday working
  • £65 per sleep in payments
