Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and promoting overall wellness. Duties:
* - Assessing patient health conditions and implementing appropriate nursing interventions
* - Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* - Monitoring vital signs and documenting patient information
* - Collaborating with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
* - Educating patients and their families on disease management and preventive measures
* - Assisting in medical procedures and surgeries
* - Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols
* - Maintaining accurate medical records

Requirements:
* - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state]
* - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred
* - Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting
* - Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
* - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
* - Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
