As a Mechanical Supervisor, you'll be an integral part of one of our departments including:

* Will be responsible for managing contractors and mechanical team members.

* Use your skills to tackle engineering, quality, and safety challenges head-on, driving corrective actions when needed.

* A structured training and development plan, propelling you into a multi-skilled mechanical professional.

* Career development driven by a comprehensive competency profile and tailored training plan.

* A minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant mechanical trade or a recognized apprenticeship.

* Ideally, experience in mechanical maintenance within commercial or heavy engineering environments.

* Experience in risk assessments, permits, planning and managing work load as wells assisting with mechanical fitting tasks.

* While knowledge of the steelmaking process is beneficial, it's not essential—extensive training will be provided.
