Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

As a Customer Service Engineer, you'll configure applications and hardware on IT devices (desktops, laptops, servers, mobile phones, etc.) This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team with clear career growth pathways.
Support VIP users with a tight SLA when applicable.
Strong technical skills in hardware break-fix, software, and operating systems.
Full UK driving license.
Familiarity with network operating systems, MS Office, and current Windows operating systems, including the use of remote software.
