Commercial Heating Engineer - North East

50 per hour (£40,560 per year) travel time paid D2D at overtime rates, standby currently 1 in 6 -£180 payment on top, 22 days holiday + banks, pension & excellent benefits including mental health wellbeing days.
Hours: 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Heating Engineer (gas bias) to join one of the country's leading facilities management companies working in the North East region.

The role will involve traveling around the North East servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial heating systems in premises such as schools, NHS, colleges, office blocks, care homes, some social housing blocks (only working in plant rooms that feed buildings).

Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites.
You will be the first line in all maintenance throughout your allocated sites.
Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g. boilers, fans, pumps, AHU's, FCU's etc
Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by management

ACS Gas - COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1, TPCP1A
ACS Domestic gas

Will have worked in a similar mobile role traveling around the region from home.
Have the ability to work at heights, work in confined spaces
A hands-on, can-do and flexible approach to your work
Full Driving License as this is a mobile role
