Contracts Manager - Social Housing Maintenance

Resourcing Group is working with a local Maintenance Contractor who is responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across Cornwall.

They have been awarded a new contract, due to mobilise immediately. They specialise in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works, supporting public sector landlords including Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

Someone with experience working specifically on an R&M contract and/or planned maintenance upgrade programme would be very advantageous, however, if you are from a maintenance background in general, specifically with in social housing, please still apply. Overseeing multiple projects running simultaneously in different locations
Client management and liaison
Point of escalation for internal and external queries for both directly employed tea, members, as well as sub contractors and the tenants/clients alike.
Personnel management
Time sheet management
Budget control, working alongside the QS and commercial team
