The Position

• with candidates in-person/virtually to understand their skill set and career aspirations
• with clients in-person/virtually to understand their business, growth plans and qualify vacancies
• research into your industry so you become an expert in your field
• specialised databases on Microsoft Excel
• candidates for difficult to fill retained vacancies
• contracts of employment with candidates/ terms of business with clients

Incentives

AGS has unrivalled commission scheme, paying up to 60% of fee on commission to top performing Consultants. We run numerous monthly, quarterly, and yearly incentives which include Michelin Star restaurants and team activities such as go-karting and paintballing. Our quarterly incentives have included all-expense paid for trips to Ibiza, Miami and Las Vegas. Our Q1 2024 incentive is a ski trip to Les 3 Vallees
