A leading Southampton based Law firm is seeking an experience Serious Injury Legal Assistant to join there friendly, fast paced and supportive team. The role will be to provide a senior level of administrative support to the Personal Injury team. Administrative duties such as transcribing dictation, digital filing, hard copy filing (limited amounts), drafting letters, such as informing clients of dates and hearings, photocopying and scanning
· Assist with file opening and billing.
· Assist and support more senior members of the team with work or tasks as required.
· To ensure that standards of quality and the reputation of the firm are maintained at all times.
· Knowledge of Personal Injury Litigation, court processes and efiling;
· IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Confident telephone skills.
· Pro-active in adopting and learning new legal technology
