Join our dynamic team as an Operations Project Manager in Yorkshire, driving initiatives and leading key projects for Avery Dennison. In your role as project manager, you could engage in steering a variety of thrilling and diverse projects.
Leading business-critical key projects, such as:
Site relocation
Implementation of new operational processes and technologies
Administering own project portfolio
Successfully help in the delivery and implementation of projects assigned
Be a change agent – challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvements
Collaborate with various internal teams to work on projects. You will help us understand what our customers want and how we can assist them.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Conducts project meetings and is in charge of for project tracking and analysis.
Evaluate and draw information for long-term strategic change and improvement
Create detailed project plans that explicitly coordinate the efforts of multiple functional specialties (e.g. Leverage design for Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) methods & tools to: speed up project timelines, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and build quality into projects from the onset
Project management experience
Influencing peers and business leaders
Fluent in English
Willing to travel (less than 20% expected)
