Job Title: Electrical Design Manager

Our client, a leading provider of automation and control solutions, is seeking a Electrical Design Manager to oversee the delivery of detailed electrical design work packages. Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Innovation, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Opportunity to lead and coach a small team of Electrical Engineers and Hardware Design Engineers.

Lead, engage, and coach a small team of Electrical Engineers and Hardware Design Engineers.
Work with Project Managers to ensure solid delivery plans for all Electrical Engineering and Hardware Design work packages.
Efficiently allocate and utilize Electrical Engineering and Hardware Design resources.
Develop and maintain Electrical Design processes and procedures, ensuring compliance.
Maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure resource availability.
Recruit, train, and develop Electrical Engineering and Hardware Design Engineers.
Monitor team output and audit work quality to ensure compliance and innovation.
BEng in Electrical Engineering.
Subject Matter Expert in electrical control systems.
