We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
The post holder will work across CGL’s Community Criminal Justice provision and hold responsibility for overseeing the efficient recording, collection and reporting of all data across the contracts. Dependency and Recovery focuses a transition from prison back into the community, duties encompass the preparation and analysis of statistical data and reports as required by the service/s.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
Hours: Full Time, 37.Contract Type: Fixed term until March 2025
Work closely the CCJ and D&R Management Team, alongside other support functions to understand the data, recording and reporting requirements of the service/s.
delivering non clinical activities whilst mapping referrals through to local and specialist providers – covering West Midlands, Yorkshire & the Humber, Surry and Sussex Regions.
To work closely and collaborate with Regional Data Business Partners (RDBP), Central Data Team, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality data support is provided to the organisation
To provide expert advice and guidance on the use of key data systems.
To undertake system administration and configuration functions to support services maximise the use of CRiiS
To be a key member of projects supporting new service implementations and demobilisations, providing support, training, and exchanging of data.
To oversee the successful implementation of new data systems developments for any new D&R contracts
To be an expert of CRiiS and other MoJ Case Management Systems, to ensure we meet national and contract specific needs, developing and delivering training to staff teams.
Experience producing data reports
Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel or other data analysis software
25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) rising by 1 day for each years’ service “Capped at 30 days”
