Telesales Executive Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire, DN31 2QE. Salary: OTE £28,000. Contract: Full time, Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for a lively, self-driven person to join our existing Sales team on our long-established magazine titles. Telesales Executive – About the role While the role is predominantly Telesales (due in part to customers wanting to protect themselves against the threat of covid) there is also the opportunity to attend appointments and, if the mood takes you, exhibitions from time to time. But, don't think you’ll be stuck in a stuffy office all day because at Business Link Magazine we want it to be a great place to work. A place where you can work with like-minded individuals and where time flies by. The role calls for someone who can reach out to potential customers to promote advertising space in our magazines and on our digital sites. To be fair, most customers are familiar with our magazines – but with our training, you’ll be able to point out how marketing themselves through our magazines can help them achieve significant results for their own company. We want clients to become good friends too, so once you’ve opened an account with a client, you’ll find you’ll be looking after him/her for years to come. This means you’ll need to be the sort of person who can build rapport and show our clients a level of service second to none. Telesales Executive – What we need from you
- Experience is not essential but you’ll need to be a good communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach and a bright, lively personality.
- We want staff who value our customers. Those who can put clients first and offer worthwhile solutions to help them enhance their business, not those who “push” solutions that are not the right fit for the customer's needs.
- Of course, you’ll need computer skills to track calls and sales, but our systems are user friendly and we provide bespoke training and support on these too.
