CRM/BI Consultant

Due to the flexibility of their internal resources, this person could sit in the pre-sales or the post-sales / implementation function. This is a home-based role with travel to customers and head office as required – you can be based anywhere in the UK.
Strong customer facing experience
Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Power BI
Experience of working with customers either as the technical face of the sales team or in the implementation phase
If you are more on the presales side, this is likely to be supplemented with a track record of contributing to selling ERP/CRM solutions. If you are more on the implementation side, you will be able to offer stronger technical knowledge, particularly around D365 CRM configuration and customisation.
