As Business Development Director, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the sales strategy for new business development for multi layer laminates selling across Europe
- Utilising market knowledge, identifying and profiling potential new customers to Food Sector including Meat Cheese and Dairy
- Collaborating with the product development team to align new products with market needs and customer demands
- Driving sales and revenue growth by leveraging existing and new business opportunities
- Leading the sales team, mentoring and overseeing the wider sales activities
Key attributes required:
- Proven high level experience in business development, in the flexible packaging/film industry
- Strong knowledge of the food sector, specifically meat, cheese, and dairy markets
- Demonstrated success in devising and implementing growth strategies
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain and build long-term customer partnerships
- Leadership experience with a track record of building and growing business divisions
