We’re on the lookout for a Customs Analyst to support to secure plant & customer supply, optimise duty liability and minimise risk by adhering to adequate rules and regulations. You will ensure that our client complies with all tax, customs and international trade regulations, UK/IE laws and their internal guidelines as applicable.

Support design, implementation, maintenance, testing (etc.) of compliant tax, customs and export control systems, technologies, and processes for concerned UK & IE entities, incl. Support system maintenance, including harmonisation, synchronisation and distribution of data and projects regarding tax, customs, and export control for all UK& IE entities.
Support efforts to minimise expenses, reduce delays, risks and secure the various supply chains our client is involved in.
Support preparation, analysis, visualisation and submission of customs, export control or tax related KPI/KCIs.
Support implementation of tax, customs and export control related to legal changes in processes and systems.
Support steering of external service providers to ensure quality of services in their area of responsibility.
Ensure compliance with all international trade/ tax regulations related to the company's tax, customs, and export control business.

GCSE C or above in maths and English, higher degree preferred
Significant experience of Customs administration in a commercial setting
Demonstrating Experience of SAP and other office applications
Advanced skills in using Microsoft suite
Significant experience of Customs administration in a commercial setting
