~ The Energy Division at Advanced Resource Manager is currently looking for a Site Manager in a leading Civil Engineering Business, that offers services within the nuclear sector.
Safely and sustainably deliver the construction works.
Manage site resources to deliver the construction activity.
Support/Assist the Project Manager/Project Director in delivering the project.
Determine the most appropriate means of satisfying customer/project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
Experience : 2+ years of experience in implementing safe systems of work, managing risks and change processes, and a good understanding of standard forms of contracts
Commercial Awareness: Proficient in commercial/project management communications, able to identify elements for cost recovery from others, and incorporate operational and commercial constraints into decision making.
Motivate and empower the team using training, mentoring, and performance management, and produce plans to achieve goals/aspirations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to initiate good scope/information/configuration management principles, help ensure reports provide relevant information to enable informed decisions, and implement technical information and drawings into delivery.
Personal Qualities: Flexible attitude, ability to work in high-pressure situations, solutions-based approach to problem-solving, and awareness and promotion of the benefits of diversity and inclusion.
Desirable Qualities:
Experience working on a variety of project types
Holds a current driving licence.
