Salesforce Managers

As a Salesforce Release Manager , you will design secure, automated, and scalable software delivery pipelines across enterprise environments. You’ll ensure security is embedded throughout the SDLC while working closely with teams leveraging Salesforce platforms and deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, Blue Canvas, Salto, Prodly, and Hutte.
Your responsibilities :
• Define and implement DevSecOps frameworks, standards, and best practices for multi-cloud and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Design secure CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (Core, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop threat modeling strategies for applications and integrations. Develop positive relationships with other business partners, both internal and external, ensuring best practice advice is shared and maximum efficiency achieved.
• Implement and optimize deployment strategies using Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, and others.
With Client Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customer stakeholders.
With Line Manager / Senior Stakeholders Regular contact with Line Manager / Senior Stakeholders to update and appraise on critical business issues and data points.
With Onshore/Offshore Teams Regular contact required with different teams as and when required to be in sync with them on current issues and decisions, seeking support for issues that affect the success of the contracts on-going deliverables.
