We specialise in risk management for young people with complex needs. Joseph House aims to offer innovative, high-quality residential care to children and young people in a nurturing, understanding and safe environment.
We are looking for a skilled and committed Registered Manager to join our team at our new children’s home ‘Joseph House’ in Camden. We will start a full training programme in May, ready for our grand opening on 7th June This innovative service has been fully refurbished to a high standard and is focused on delivering collaborative, psychologically informed care to children and young people.
Please note that this role is a fixed-term maternity cover contract lasting for one year. However, there are often opportunities to transition into a permanent role where the candidate aligns with our ethos and values.

Recent experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager in a Children's Home
* Experience of working effectively with young people, with a range of social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties
