Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes student engagement and encourages independence. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic development of each student. Monitoring and recording student progress and reporting observations to the relevant staff members. Establishing positive relationships with students, their families, and the wider school community.Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with severe, complex, or profound learning difficulties is highly desirable.
