~ 30 hours per week over 52 weeks per annum (includes weekends and evening work). Fixed Term to 31 March 2025 (subject to continued funding).

Early Years Scotland is looking for an exceptional person to work within the EYS Family Visitor Centre at HMP LowMoss, East Dunbartonshire.
They willliaise and work alongside prison staff and community-based organisations to develop the provision
The Early Years Scotland team will provide a range of services, advice, support and information as required to suitthe needs of the children and families in their visits and in their daily lives.

Development and provision of online and in-person Discover Digital workshops and the roadshowpackage, also using service design principles
Knowledge of the digital health and social care landscape in Scotland
Understanding of the issues affecting disabled people, people living with longterm conditions and unpaid carers
Understanding of membership organisations/networks andan enthusiastic approach to involving, supporting and responding to stakeholders
Good understanding of data protection and how it relates to therole

Our Edinburgh Visiting Housing Support Service provides Housing Support to people who are at risk of becominghomeless, who are homeless or who have recently experienced homelessness to move to or keep settledaccommodation and gain independent living skills.
