The Business Associate is a senior level position leading the central coordination of all business office functions and plays an integral role in the development and execution of specific tactical / strategic plans for different initiatives. These tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. You may coordinate and manage activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount and other administrative needs as necessary. May manage ad hoc projects as requested.
Responsibilities:
  • Governance & Oversight of Corporate and site scorecards
  • Partner with internal functions such as Human Resources and Compliance to support information requests or co-ordinate activities on behalf of the Chief Technology Officer.
  • Support the CTO leadership team with Resolution Planning.
  • Establish and maintain a Business Execution Service Catalog.
  • Establish key relationships with global Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to measure and track CTO recruitment, including time to fill metrics, aging and talent pipelines.
  • Maintain governance and oversight of the CTO real estate, data quality and reporting.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in a financial services role
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
Bachelor's Degree/University degree OR equivalent experience What we'll provide you:
