The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, exceptional attention to detail, efficiency in handling large volumes of data and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role is a full time, fixed-term contract for 3 months, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role will be based in our office in Segensworth, Fareham.
Enter data accurately and efficiently into designated databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
Verify accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing, correcting, and validating information as needed.
Maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving errors or inconsistencies in the data.
Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
Proficient typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data.
Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office packages and other databases.
