Head of People & Culture
This is a brand-new role to lead our People & Culture team and is far from your average HR gig. You will champion the empowerment of our people, the freedom to innovate and never be afraid to challenge old school hospitality “norms”. Reporting into our COO, the Head of People & Culture will be a key partner to all our managers. You will oversee all organisational development, people relations and have a great understanding of how HR tech can enhance our teams’ experiences. Design career pathways for all roles and levels in the business, talent mapping and pipeline planning to ensure progression for the business and all our people Identify L&D needs and create and deliver learning modules using both traditional learning techniques as well as newer, more innovative methods Leadership coaching and training interventions for all managers Lead on all people frameworks by overhauling our policies and handbooks and streamlining people systems and processes to ensure they are empowering and inspiring as opposed to instructional. Lead on creating the foundation for our expansion in the UK. This includes employment law compliance, payroll, visas, people planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits advice Lead on all people troubleshooting and support managers with people productivity Support & advise on all compensation and benefits ensuring we are competitive and relevant – we’re not there yet with benefits, but we want to be Working with teams in different airport locations across the UK to keep them connected to our mission & strategy and driving connections between everyone Use survey data and KPIs to continuously elevate our people experience and function Requirements:
You believe in a people-first approach to all business areas and are non-hierarchical by nature Previous HR generalist experience in a values-led culture within a high growth business. Hospitality experience is a bonus You are a self-starter and love the scale-up culture and all the growing pains it comes with, unafraid to be disruptive in the space, you know how to balance creativity with structure Experience with UK employment law and airport experience is also a bonus Highly self-aware, you are curious, smart and understand the psychology of teams Straight talking, you know how to manage tricky situations and resolve conflict efficiently and effectively You approach each element of your role as if it were a product - one that requires design, feedback, and continuous iteration to deliver the best results You enjoy data and all the insight it gives; you are analytical and use data to drive decision making Benefits:
Salary £50k-£55k dependent on experience Car Allowance Private Health Care We don’t have an office, but we do have trust in our people. The role will be a hybrid mix of time in our restaurants and working from home, dependent on business needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
