Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across our organization. As we migrate our legacy products into the Salesforce ecosystem, this role will be crucial in guiding our transition and maximizing the potential of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with various teams, including Product, Security, and Release, to ensure seamless integration of our cloud services and drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and industry best practices. Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce architecture strategy and roadmap that supports our mission to improve health outcomes.
  • Migration and Integration: Oversee the migration of legacy systems into Salesforce, ensuring smooth integration with existing cloud services. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with business leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and facilitate effective communication across teams.
  • Development and Customization: Guide the development and customization of Salesforce applications, leveraging the platform’s capabilities to create innovative solutions that enhance our operations and improve service delivery.
  • Data Management and Security: Ensure the security and integrity of our Salesforce data, implementing best practices for data governance and compliance. Work with the Security team to enforce security protocols and protect sensitive information.
  • Mentorship and Growth: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce team, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment. Support the professional development of team members and encourage continuous improvement.
