An additional allowance of £1,942.08 pa will be applied upon joining the Call Out Rota at 6 Months Service. Open Ended Contract - Permanent: Full Time -42.5 hours contractual overtime)
We now require a Senior Heating Engineers to join one of our multi-disciplined trade’s teams. You will have completed an appropriate apprenticeship in either Heating & Ventilation or Building Services and have gained considerable commercial and domestic maintenance experience. A driving licence is essential as there will be a requirement to drive University vehicles.
The Maintenance Services Team also operates an emergency call out rota which you will join on reaching 6 months service. Significant experience working within complex building services and estates
Recognised Craft Apprenticeship in either Heating & Ventilation or Building Services.
Experience of using smart phone technology
Clean UK driver’s licence
