Internal Sales Administrator - Keighley BD20 Salary £26000 - plus full benefits package Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:00 - non hybrid role - office based only On behalf of Our Client we are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator/Specialist for a full time role based within a fast paced engineering business. Internal Sales roles manage inbound communication from existing and brand new clients - this is an integral role as you may be the first point of contact for the business. You MUST have Internal Sales experience or outstanding Customer Services experience in a B2B environment to be considered. ROLE SUMMARY Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with customers and key internal stakeholders, providing excellent end-to-end Customer Service by offering commercial support to the consumable divisions of the company and beyond. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers with the support of account managers and customer service
  • Visiting potential customers for new business alongside account managers
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
  • Providing customers with quotations and follow up contact
  • Conducting sales calls with potential and existing customers
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Representing the business alongside commercial team at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Communicating forthcoming product developments and price changes to customers
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience
Potential Development
  • Maintaining stock levels and providing reports internally
  • Conducting customer visits to audit inventory levels and providing reports internally
