Our client based in Aberdeenshire are looking for a Workshop Technician to join their team on a staff basis.

As Workshop Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

• Carry out inspection of equipment and evaluate level of maintenance, repair or rebuild work required.
• Carry out all servicing, maintenance and repair work on Company or client owned equipment as required and instructed.
• Ensure equipment is returned in good order and fit for purpose, minimizing repair costs through good servicing and reducing the risk of incurring down time through equipment failure.
• To work offsite (ad hoc) on client premises, vessel or offshore facility commissioning, operating, maintaining and / or repairing lifting and associated equipment
• Desired Qualities/Qualifications

• Time served or appropriate engineering / mechanical qualification.
• Previous experience in mechanical hydraulics.
• Ability to read hydraulic/pneumatic schematics and mechanical engineering drawings.
