We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, self-driven Stores & Workshop Coordinator to join our dynamic team during our current phase of rapid growth. As our Stores & Workshop Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, collaborating across various departments to create and implement our processes. You will orchestrate the seamless flow of goods, from receipt and storage to allocation and distribution. You’ll ensure that every item is in its rightful place, conducting meticulous inspections of goods and equipment and carry out basic maintenance tasks around the office to maintain our high-quality standards.

Goods inwards checks and inspections to verify the quality and condition of received parts and materials.

* Pick items from stores and issue them to production team.

* Facilities and fleet maintenance.

Good housekeeping.

* Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

* Be physically able to move stock and operate equipment such as pallet trucks (training to be provided).

* Full UK manual driving license.
