We are currently seeking an experienced Production Operative to join a rapidly growing business that is relocating to Wincanton. As part of a small team within a family run company, you will play a crucial role in their growth story as a passionate, quality-driven, and environmentally friendly food manufacturer. You will receive training at their current location in Wiltshire, with travel costs covered.

Packing finished products
Maintaining high food safety standards
We are looking for an experienced Production Operative with a proven track record in manufacturing, ideally within the food industry. While not required, possessing a Food Hygiene qualification, HACCP training, or an FLT licence will be advantageous.
