Seize this o pportunity to become part of Hitachi Energy’s High Voltage team in the UK & Ireland. As a Contract Manager you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, Sales & Tendering Manager, and project teams. S upport in the day-to-day financial function s of project and service in High Voltage . You will also perform a series of commercial responsibilities to deliver improved value to our business, identify and reduce areas of commercial risk, and benchmark our commercial performance across sites, product families, and specific projects. Ideally, you will require experience and expertise within the power or construction sector specifically within High Voltage. P rovide commercial advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders and will ensure that robust contract management processes and procedures are followed.
P lay a key role in contract management. This is critical in terms of performance, commitment delivery, customer experience and overall business reputation
S upport delivery of health and safety, performance commitments, service, value, and compliance through the effective and efficient contract management.
Actively support p roject r eviews with the project team
Identify and collate contract changes . Identification of risk and mitigation within tendering
Managing project cost information in SAP
Report local KPIs
Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high quality standards in all aspects of the service delivery
W ide ranging experience in commercial contract management – ideally within FIDIC and NEC
You will be numerate, have good data handling and analysis skills and be able to compile, assess, interpret, and communicate complex data.
Experience conducting contract resolutions with clients.
Comprehension of English language both spoken and in writing.
