Milk Education's Graduate scheme Are you a recent graduate with aspirations of becoming a teacher or working with children? We are recruiting for Graduate Learning Support Assistants to support secondary schools across Manchester, Salford and Trafford to work on a full or part time basis. This will involve supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis to ensure they are succeeding both academically and pastorally whilst responding to their individual needs. You will work alongside class teachers and other school staff, providing essential additional support. You may also deliver catch-up and intervention sessions, especially if you have core subject knowledge, such as Maths, English and Sciences. What will you need for this job? Recent university degree. All degrees can be considered Based in Greater Manchester. Clear desire to work with children and young people. Previous experience working with children and young people would be beneficial, but not essential. Willingness to undertake relevant CPD training as required by Milk Education and your placement school.
