If so, our client, a market leader in renewable technology, is recruiting for a Head of Finance and Operations for their offices in Woking. This role will involve managing the operational and financial aspects of the business and working closely with the business owners to make strategic decisions aimed at facilitating the continued growth and expansion of the company. Head of Finance and Operations Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm Woking Head of Finance and Operations Job Description
Ensuring the efficient and effective day to day operation of the finance function and managing cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
Collaborating internally to optimise the efficiency of the existing finance system (Sage 200) and eventually, leading a project to upgrade the Finance system.
Overseeing the day to day operation of the business to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Managing a team of 18 including the Financial Controller and Business Support Team.
Head of Finance and Operations Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience in a finance or operations leadership role.
Holder of a relevant finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, etc)
