Your role

  • Business development :
    • Build your own client base by following cold and warm leads.
    • Conduct client meetings and business development calls.
  • Candidate marketing :
    • Source, screen and engage with candidates.
    • Coordinate interviews with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Relationship building :
    • Establish strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Personal branding :
    • Develop your online presence within your specialist field.
  • Targets and expertise :
    • Work toward achieving targets.
    • Become an expert in your field.

About you

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience :
    • An experienced Recruitment Consultant with a track record in any market.
    • Alternatively, a sales-driven individual looking to transition into recruitment.
  • Work ethic and attitude :
    • Strong work ethic, ambition, and a money-motivated mindset.
    • Excellent communication skills.
