We represent a global company specialising in skin rejuvenation devices. Renowned for its industry-shaping innovations and superior technology, their devices provide amazing results for customers and a fantastic return on investment for business owners.
As they continue their rapid expansion, they are searching for sales talent to join their team in the south of the UK.
Position: Business Development Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for new business sales in the beauty salon, spa, and aesthetic clinic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business prospects and schedule appointments with premium beauty salons.
- Deliver persuasive business presentations and successfully close deals.
- Collaborate with finance partners to secure leasing arrangements.
- Coordinate the installation of devices and organise customer training sessions.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support as needed.
- Create additional sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure the CRM system is regularly updated and fully utilised to maintain an effective sales pipeline.
- Take ownership of your territory and manage it effectively to maximise sales opportunities.
- Enhance relationships with the existing customer base to strengthen and expand business.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and industry trade fairs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, including lead generation and target achievement.
- Experience in cold calling to generate leads.
- Positive and outgoing persona, coupled with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive, influential approach.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, resilient, and hardworking.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Business-level English proficiency.

Salary: £50,000 + uncapped commission and additional bonuses.
Car Allowance: £550 per month
