We are currently seeking a Senior Regional Graphic Manager to join the team here at SGS&Co. The Senior Graphic Manager will be responsible for a team of onsite Graphic Managers for the client and will be accountable for all local relationship and service delivery.

Role and responsibilities:

• Leads and develops the Graphic Manager team, focusing on excellence in service, knowledge, and communication.

• Working across multiple markets

• Project Management of key business initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and to brief

• Providing client teams with status reporting

• Responsible to capture all available information required to an as accurate as possible forecasting.

• Acting as lead role and working with market contacts to create forecast documents and maintain accuracy.

• Arranging alignment meetings to ensure smooth transition of work from client to SGS & Co.

• Sets key targets for service, delivery, and continuous improvement, with regular monitoring, route cause analysis and reporting of performance.

• Fully understands and appreciates the clients culture and reflects this in behaviour patterns and ways of working of self and team.

• Perform Graphic Manager tasks as and when required.

• Invites SGS & CO technical team to support projects as required.

• Summaries of projects/kick off for all stakeholders and/or appropriate entries to KO Art

• Provides project summaries as required.

• Leads quality issues in market and drives CAR process internally.

Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Manager in a design agency environment, or similar role on client side

• Experience within an Artwork, Pre-press and print environment

• Experience managing a team

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings

• Excellent organisational and planning skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in various project management tools

• A collaborative and solutions focused-mindset

• Critical thinking skills

• Unparalleled attention-to-detail

• The desire to take the initiative on projects and have a passion to learn/grow

• Strong analytical skills, and be a proactive problem-solver

• Understanding of design terminology and creative process would be beneficial

This role is offered on a hybrid basis.
