Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator based in Watford for a reputable professional organisation.
Summary of the Learning & Development Coordinator role…
Type of Contract: Permanent
5 Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
As the Learning & Development Coordinator, your role will involve the following important duties:
Learn and understand CPD and specialisms within the Accountancy field to provide relevant courses.
Review online mandatory training assessments.
Attend University and schools to talk to students/parents and teachers.
Coordinate in-house training.
Arrange and book meetings, and training courses.
As a successful Learning & Development Coordinator you will have the following:
Previous experience within a Learning and Development role.
Ability to learn specialisms within the Accountancy field.
