We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Barnet starting ASAP. This full-time, long-term position has become available as a new addition to our team due to increasing demand. As an HLTA, you will work closely with classroom teachers across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting both general education and students with special educational needs (SEN), including those with EHCPs. You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality lessons, providing tailored support to individual students, and fostering strong relationships with parents to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s education. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within primary education
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality educational support
• Passionate about improving literacy, particularly reading and writing
• Assist in planning and preparing engaging and effective learning activities
• Provide individualised support to students, ensuring their academic and personal development
