Person specification :
( Essential ) NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN)
( Essential ) Professional experience caring for older adults with complex health needs
( Essential ) Professional experience managing and mentoring a nursing team
( Desirable ) Relevant teaching/assessing/mentoring qualification
