We are now looking for a Content Marketing Executive to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week with flexible core hours.

The Role
As a Content Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our digital brand presence by creating engaging content that resonates with our audiences.
Specifically, you will create, manage, and distribute content, focusing on developing media content, blogs and scripts for videos for both internal and client-facing use. You will also play a critical role is driving our social media activity, focusing on partnerships on Pinterest and Instagram.
Working closely with the Graphic Designer, you will support idea generation and assist them with creating visually impactful content, ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity.
Additionally, you will:
- Oversee the production of weekly e-shots
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and analyse performance
- Make adjustments to content and campaigns to ensure the best possible results.
- Take the lead the creative side of messaging to consistently convey our brand principles and core values.
About You
To be considered as a Content Marketing Executive, you will need:
- Extensive experience in content creation for multiple channels
- Proficiency in video production techniques and SEO
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Inspirational leadership and collaboration skills
- An adaptable approach and the ability to think outside the box to enhance content and campaigns
- Passion for delivering exceptional, creative and brand aligned content
- A marketing qualification is preferred, along with GCSEs (or equivalent) including English.
