Service Project Coordinator
6 Month Contract - ASAP start
Leeds, West Yorkshire - 2x per week in office
We are looking for a Service Project Coordinator to provide crucial support during critical project phases. In this role, you will assist with coordinating the resolution of system issues during the hypercare phase, ensuring that any incidents are managed promptly and effectively. You will help track incidents, follow up with teams to ensure timely resolutions, and provide status updates to senior management on the progress of the project.
Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating communication between technical teams and leadership, ensuring that everyone is aligned on priorities and incident management efforts. As systems stabilise, you will assist with transitioning them from hypercare into BAU, ensuring that all issues are either resolved or properly escalated before the project concludes.
Service Project Coordinator - Key Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and incidents simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, able to support both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in project coordination, ideally in a technology or systems-focused environment.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset, willing to take ownership of tasks and ensure follow-through.
This role will require the successful candidate to work on-site 2-3 days per week in Leeds, and may require some out-of-hours work. The client is looking for candidates who available to start ASAP.
