Our client is a global private equity firm who has recently invested in two organisations in the property sector. They are now looking for a PMO consultant to join the integration team and help merge the newly acquired businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Establish governance structures, ensuring that roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes are clearly defined.
  • Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for the program
  • Identifying potential risks and issues that may impact the success of the integration and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Engaging with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation to communicate program progress, gather feedback, and address concerns or challenges.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience supporting PMO functions is a must
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills to be able to track synergies
  • Previous consulting experience would be beneficial

Details

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months (potential to extend)
  • Daily rate: £500 – £600 LTD, depending on experience
  • Location: Mainly remote, some traveling within the UK might be required
