Our award-winning, Newark based client is looking to appoint a driven, enthusiastic and hardworking Internal Sales Executive to join their busy sales team on a full time, permanent basis.

THE ROLE

The successful Internal Sales Executive will work with an established customer portfolio to convert a large quantity of warm leads and enquiries. Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Processing orders, actively checking lead times and progress of orders
  2. Strong sales and investigative skills with knowledge of sales
  3. Learning utilising CRM and lead follow up systems and process
  4. Developing a sound understanding of a wide range of media and media solutions and their applications
  5. Proactive and reactive Sales call handling, to grow business
  6. Dealing directly with Customers in all areas, liaising with other departments to ensure a great standard of customer service
  7. Picking up enquiries and warm leads from customers and prospects looking for information and quotes for products
  8. Creating quality written communications
  9. Representing the company in a positive light, always providing the best customer experience possible
  10. Delivering sales against set KPI's
THE CANDIDATE

The successful Internal Sales Executive will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  1. Knowledge of CRMs and how to use them to improve lead follow up and sales processing (HubSpot, Sales Force or similar)
  2. Experience of working in a customer facing role ideally in a sales capacity
  3. Candidates must also be familiar with MS Office, particularly Microsoft Word/Excel. An interest in technology would also be an advantage
  4. Background of achieving targets, ideally in a b2b environment
  5. A strong communicator and negotiator
  6. Confident and quick learner
  7. Proactive, ambitious and driven
  8. Attention to detail and accuracy
  9. Target driven with a desire to continuously improve
