Supply desk is looking for a skilled and devoted year 3 primary school teacher to work 5 days per week (full time) in our exceptional school in the Leighton Buzzard area. The school is looking for a trained and experienced primary school teacher with a track record of classroom success. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching and dedicated to the welfare and development of others. The school:

The school vision is simple but effective: get the most out of young students by giving daily challenges that can considerably improve their overall learning experiences. Teaching across KS2.

- Prepare teaching materials, learning resources, set up the classroom and organise displays, to create a pleasant, stimulating and positive learning environment.

- Ensure children's work is valued by managing the provision of good displays in the classroom. Help in providing displays for public areas e.g. hall, corridors etc.

- Mark work and talk to parents and carers about their children's progress.

- Manage the work of teaching assistants.

Set high expectations, which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils to reach their full potential.

- Encourages pupils to take ownership of their learning and develop long-lasting learning skills.

- Committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children

- Develop high- levels of self-esteem, emotional intelligence and excellent social skills

- A support network and dedicated team of experienced consultants who are committed to delivering excellent customer service by accommodating your specific needs through excellent communication and listening skills
