We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile individual to spearhead the development and delivery of our cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape the curriculum and training approach for a dynamic and rapidly growing organization. Design and develop comprehensive skill-building programs addressing various aspects of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, and related technologies. Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor the curriculum accordingly Ensure seamless integration of practical hands-on projects, case studies, and real-world examples Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and… assessments Qualifications: Extensive hands-on experience with operationalizing machine learning models in production environments, including practices such as continuous integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), continuous deployment, monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), and model lifecycle management (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) Proficiency in Python and popular machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn Expertise in cloud platforms for model deployment, such as AWS (e.g., AzureML), and related tools Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes Understanding of data versioning, data lineage, and model explainability techniques Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control, testing, and code reviews Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Strong background in agile methodologies, project management practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with LLM fine-tuning and platforms like Hugging Face is a plus Compensation: Competitive compensation package with equity-based opportunities Revenue-sharing based on program performance This is a part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time as the organization grows.
