We have an exciting opportunity for a Processing Support Engineer to join our dedicated team on a 6 month temp assignment.
In your role as a Processing Support Engineer, you will be able to offer precise and tailored services to clients by: 1) working on the acquisition, analysis, engineering, and interpretation of comprehensive and high-quality geo-related data; 2) offering engineering advice in one or a limited number of specialized technical disciplines; 3) offering solutions to clients by contextualizing acquired geo-data; and 4) generally adhering to prescribed guidelines and procedures, though you may deviate from them. provides less experienced coworkers with on-the-job training. receives a moderate amount of instruction and guidance. needs a degree from a college or university. keeps expanding their understanding of the company, its procedures, and its clients.
Who we’re looking for:
Throughout the course of the project, you will provide continuous support for all data processing operations. Keep track of and handle support requests as well as software failure escalation. On occasion, offer help desk support after hours. Verify that the contract requirements have been fulfilled by assessing the field data's quality and presentation. Before mobilization, help with the creation of survey data packs for work sites.
Analyze any developments that must be made to the back-end infrastructure to enable remote processing. Look for and alert the Processing Supervisor and Support Lead to any personal or colleague training needs. Examine and keep up with the task instructions and related documentation for processing.Hold Bachelor degree
