As an Analyst in our Personalised Interactions Design and Delivery team, you’ll build targeting and execute campaigns, so we communicate the right messages to our customers at the right time. You will be part of a team working closely with colleagues who design our 1-2-1 targeted communications and who operate our core processes.

You’ll be working in a lively, supportive team that has accountability for the design and delivery of 1-2-1 marketing communications that deliver against our Society KPIs.
You will use your logical approach to build brilliant, personalised communications and experiences across all channels, in accordance with our risks and controls framework. Experience of a campaign selection tool such as Unica or Adobe Campaign or experience with logical formulas such as more advanced Excel formulas.
Experience of working with data and databases, ideally knowing a coding language such as SQL.
Numeracy and critical thinking: you can quickly impact assess complex project requirements and work with stakeholders to find effective solutions. Excellent planning and organisational skills and ability to manage and own multiple competing priorities and deliverables. Financial Sector experience is desirable but not essential.
It’s also about being clear, precise, and using language that we and, importantly, our customers and members can understand.
