The post holder will

be responsible for leading, managing and developing the subject area, raising standards of student attainment, managing, and deploying staff across the department and ensuring that there is a broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum. As an OUTSTANDING Secondary School, we ensure through effective leadership the development of strategies and opportunities to support our students on their journey towards success. We are looking for an experienced Humanities teacher / History Teacher who is looking to lead a strong department made up of 5 experienced humanities teachers who have been at the school for over 5+ years. To be eligible for this position, you must be a qualified teacher with UK QTS and relevant experience teaching the UK Curriculum * History Teacher Head of History Department TLR Starting September 2024 Full Time & Permanent position MPS
