We need someone passionate about all things Global Mobility to drive transformational change of our program and operations. Global Mobility Specialist will report to the Director of Global Mobility, leading the strategy and execution of the EMEA region. Manage Databrick’s EMEA Global Mobility & Immigration programs & workflows
Partner with key leaders and stakeholders to develop and execute both short-term and long-term Global Mobility & Immigration strategies/roadmaps
Consult with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing options in leveraging Global Mobility to meet business needs
Manage the relationship of the regional Immigration, Tax, and Relocation vendors, ensuring accountability to targets/SLAs, program execution, and employee experience
Deep technical knowledge of Immigration
~5+ years of global mobility program management
~ Technical knowledge of Relocation, and Tax
~ You’re a problem solver, with successful project and process management experience
