This is a high-impact leadership role, focused on driving transformative change and continuous improvement across key business functions. As the Head of Central Operations, you will lead projects and process improvements across areas such as retail operations, supply chain, IT, and customer engagement to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
As Head of Central Operations, you will take ownership of leading strategic projects that drive operational improvements across the business. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure that projects are executed effectively and align with the company's broader operational goals.
Project Leadership: Lead strategic projects aimed at improving processes and systems across retail operations, supply chain, IT, and customer engagement.
Partner with senior leaders in various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment on operational goals.
Data-Driven Insights: Use data and analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Change Management: Oversee the implementation of new processes, technologies, and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption across teams.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of operational improvements and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Innovation & Technology: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, ensuring the business is adopting the latest technologies and methodologies to stay competitive and efficient.
The ideal candidate will bring a background in leading process improvement projects and driving operational excellence in complex environments. Proven experience in leading process improvement projects within retail, supply chain, IT, or customer engagement functions.
Expertise in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions that enhance operational performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering results on time.
You will play a key role in driving change and innovation, working with senior leadership and diverse teams across the business.
